Weather Whiplash

After last night’s rain and wind, the Commonwealth will see cool and dry conditions today. Skies will be mostly cloudy, with winds continuing to gust around 30 MPH.

Tomorrow, another round of rain will invade the region, with periods of showers expected Friday afternoon and evening. Temperatures will rise above average again heading into the weekend.

Looking ahead, periods of clouds and sun are expected this weekend. More showers are possible Sunday before a major cool down for the start of the next work week, with the threat of wintry precipitation possibly on the table Monday night into Tuesday.
