Temperature Rollercoaster with A Warmer Weekend

The start of this week, State College experienced milder conditions in the low 70s. However, temperature plunged on Wednesday with a low of 23 degrees with faster winds. Conditions shifted from mild to cold with mostly clear skies.

Today, expect temperatures to start warming back up to the high 60s and low 70s by this afternoon. Conditions will be noticeably warmer today than yesterday’s. There is a chance of rain in the early evening, expected to continue into the night.

This weekend, warmer conditions persist in the low to mid 60s, with partly cloudy skies and low chance of precipitation both Saturday and Sunday. Winds light and variable throughout. Next week, we can expect temperatures to exceed average in the low 80s with a chance of light rain.
